Welcome Fred, ye ah kung-fu was awesome I had it on my Commodore 64 back in the day. The new Elite is a headache at first but once I got a docking computer it was much better lol.

Nooooooooooooo! The manual landing/docking is the best bit! Much easier than the old school docking, that was rock!

Although I am tempted to get one just to hear the blue danube again. :)

I know other people who docked slowly by matching rotation and taking her in all gentle like.
I just kept my orientation, and adjusted speed so that I slotted in there at just the right time, as it came around to align with me! It was much faster than the computer.
