Not seen that Woodfordes brew for sale. Where did you pick it up?

I've not seen a drinks cabinet like that. What time does the party start? :drink:

I got it from the physical store of this web shop in Edinburgh. A little family run outfit who have been very helpful. I believe the Sundew is quite new, I'll be interested in how it turns out.

Great. I'll keep my eye out then in case my local Wilkinson stocks it. They do have the standard kit.

Just kegged my 40 pints of Woodfordes Nog.

The Sundew was 'interesting' with a hint of wheat beer about it, but again a very drinkable brew :y:

I have seen this in the Wilkinsons Christmas catalogue. 20 quid looks like a good price for a beginner.

Just be aware Wilks that if you were to want to make further batches, most kits make 40 pints at a time, so presumably the fermenting container would not be big enough. If you could get a cheap barrel rather than bottles the process of decanting after the primary fermentation is a lot quicker and easier too.

Cheers Fazer. Perhaps the 40 pint starter kit would be better if I decide to it. :Y: :drink:

Nearly 4 years later I picked up a brewing kit on offer at my local Tesco. Hope to start it in the next week or 2.
