Where do you play?

Get outside for some fresh air and have a natter in the garden...If it isn't directly related to Playstation online gaming or the OAP community, then talk it over here. Open to all but must be registered to post.

I sure did Bondie, better safe than sorry :Y:
I did have a clean and tidy photo of the loft but I could not find it at all so thought WFT might as well show it in the true pig sty mode.

Here's my gamesroom

Image

used to have a nice 92" screen for my HD projector in the last house (small man cave.. image filled the wall!), but it was so dark in there i agreed to buy an actual television for the next gamersoom in the new place, so it could be more user friendly!.. unfortunately when the mrs saw the new slimline 1080p 60" TV i'd bought for it she decided it would look much better in the lounge!.. so im now gaming on the old 720p 42" Panny.. and praying for its demise everytime i turn the blasted thing on :)

Hooked up to the old girl is a Wii, XB 360, PS3 and a HTPC hidden away.. spec'd it up to game on the PC but PC gaming and reclining on a sofa just dont match!.. so the HTPC is just used for movies now.
Audio is via 7.1 Onkyo Amp for daytime enjoyment, and Astro A40s for when i need to be quiet at night!

i've got another XB360 in the lounge hooked up to the 60"er.. but never use it.. a gaming session isnt done right unless youve found empty beer cans/a half empty spirit bottle and crisp packets everywhere the following morning!.. and wifey would get the right hump if i left the lounge in that state!

Well the new generation looks to have given me access to a new gamesroom.

Moving from the cold in winter, too bright in summer conservatory into the living room.

Wish me luck ever getting the Karsahians of the telly.
Look I own a Vita and a PS4 now!

Well the experiment of playing in the living room went well. It lasted about an hour before we discussed me moving somewhere/anywhere else.

Maybe on a new twist of "where do you play" we should all take a picture of our screens when using the Playroom so we can show the view our PS4 has of us?

Watching us, watching you, watching us, watching you!
